By accessing or using MyInsightReport at myinsightreport.com ("the site", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What the service is

MyInsightReport provides structured, self-reported relationship pattern assessments for informational purposes only. Assessments cover topics including infidelity risk, narcissistic behaviour, gaslighting, toxic dynamics, divorce risk, and relationship breakdown.

The service is intended to help users reflect on their situation. It is not a clinical assessment, a medical diagnosis, legal advice, a substitute for professional therapy, or proof of another person's behaviour or intentions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site. By using the site you confirm that you are 18 or older.

4. Payments and refunds

Certain features — specifically the full AI-generated insight report — require a one-time payment of $5 USD, processed by Stripe. All prices are in US dollars and include any applicable taxes.

Refund policy: Because the full report is generated and delivered immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds once the report has been generated. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your report, contact us at support@myinsightreport.com within 7 days and we will resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce site content in bulk without permission
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the site in a way that could harm, harass, or surveil another person

6. No professional advice

Nothing on this site constitutes professional advice of any kind — medical, psychological, legal, or otherwise. If you are in a crisis situation or require professional support, please contact a qualified professional or crisis service in your country.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, assessments, scoring logic, reports, and design — is the property of MyInsightReport. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Your generated report is for your personal use only.

8. Third-party services

The site uses third-party services including Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (usage analytics), and OpenAI (AI report generation). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will be accurate or reliable. Assessment results are based solely on your self-reported answers.

10. User responsibility for decisions

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information, assessments, or reports provided by this site. MyInsightReport provides pattern analysis for reflection purposes — it does not make recommendations to leave a relationship, end a marriage, quit a job, or take any other specific action.

Before making significant life decisions — including relationship changes, employment changes, or legal action — we strongly encourage you to seek qualified professional advice from a therapist, counsellor, lawyer, or other appropriate professional.

10a. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyInsightReport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of income, relationship breakdown, emotional distress, or professional consequences — arising from your use of the site or reliance on any information provided.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim. Where no payment was made, our liability is limited to EUR 50.

10b. AI-generated content

Full insight reports are generated by artificial intelligence (OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini model) based on your self-reported answers. AI-generated content is produced automatically and has not been reviewed by a human professional. It may contain errors, generalisations, or statements that do not apply to your specific situation.

In accordance with applicable transparency requirements, we disclose that these reports are AI-generated. They should be treated as a starting point for personal reflection — not as authoritative analysis.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
